  1. Courier can also provide mail services for virtual mail accounts, managed by any of LDAP directory service, Berkeley DB, MySQL or PostgreSQL authentication database. Parts of Courier, such as the maildrop filtering system, the webmail and IMAP server, can also be installed as independent packages which can be used with other mail servers.
  2. The Happy Mac icon was the normal bootup screen of the Macintosh, it was also used on floppy disks of System softwares. The Mac OS logo and rebranding marks it's debut on version 7.5.1. Released on March 23, 1995. This logo was used for the Mac OS X v10.0, code-named 'Cheetah', and v10.1, code-named 'Puma'. These versions were preceded by the Mac OS X Public Beta, code-named 'Kodiak'.
  3. Download Courier-vX.X.zip from our releases page. Move contents of the zip release file to your TheMessenger.exe folder and overwrite any files with the same name. Run the MiniInstaller.exe. System fonts up to Mac OS X 10.7[edit]

Apple Mac OS X Character Viewer. The easiest way is to just go to the top menu bar and from there choose Edit Special Characters (at the very bottom). That way you can access Character Viewer at least in a lot of programs, one of them being Safari. Apple's tablet is assumed to be an expanded iPod Touch with a 9- or 10-inch multitouch display, iSight camera, microphone, Wi-Fi, and 3G capability, and run either the iPod OS or some other.

  • These images compare Roman fonts only, in most styles:
  • The fonts in the following list were included as 'extras' with AppleWorks 6,[2] which was bundled with new iMacs until 2006.[3]

Hidden fonts[edit]

Courier (lankoski) Mac Os X

A number of fonts have also been provided with iMovie, iLife, iDVD and other Apple applications in hidden folders, for the sole use of these applications. The reason why these fonts are hidden is unknown, with licensing issues suggested as the cause. However, one may easily install them for use by all applications by copying them out of their Library directories and installing them as with any third-party font, although one should always check that the license for the fonts allows them to be used outside the given software.[4]

Notable hidden fonts on macOS include Bank Gothic, Bodoni, Century Gothic, Century Schoolbook, Garamond, several cuts of Lucida and Monotype Twentieth Century.
